Recommendations: Novels That Make You Look Smart

Hello people, school (for me) is starting soon, and you might want to make yourself seem smart, and people may think you are a genius for reading. But we and some others know what YOU read, which doesn't make us smart. Unless you are an avid nonfiction reader. You are not in this category of people. To prove to others and yourself that you can be smart, I have come up with a small list of books just for you. Just as a disclaimer, none of these will be nonfiction just for the fact that A. I don't like or read nonfiction, so I don't have any decent recommendations other than the ones that are best sellers. B. We want this to be enjoyable for fiction readers that want something interesting.

1. Any Jane Austen novel. No joke. Her books are excellent, to say the least. I have no idea of the author from the 1700-the 1800s keeps me, and many others, very interested in her books, which are about 200 years apart from each other Her books have an enchanting feel, as though you are waltzing in a ball or wearing a beautiful ball gown. But as much as I love the aesthetic of her book, the DRAMA in the books was insane. Who knew that 19th-century drama was actually that interesting. I never knew. This book will let others know you are an intellectual but secretly enjoying a drama show.

Honestly, that's all I think of. Because I'm not an all knowing genius, who reads intellectual books daily. But pick up a classic novel if you feel that others assuming you are a genius is OK with you. But we have to let people know that reading does not make us smart because so many of us do it for pure enjoyment. After all, we can't get enough of this world; the fictional world is always much better.

Anyway, that is enough for now. Happy Reading
